    I love this little guy. I run a dual boot Windows 10 and Linux system on my Samsung laptop. So I formatted the 2TB drive into 1TB NTFS and 1TB EXT4. I use it to backup Both Windows and Linux. And since I use iTunes on windows to back up my iPad I've actually got three computers backed up on the little guy. Keep it on a shelf above my desk. LOVE IT!!!!

    The case is pretty sturdy and protects my WD passport really well. The reason for 4 stars is because it's a little snug when you put the cord in as well - but still fits!

    A hard case is 100% necessary if you ever get an external drive. That thing will most likely get bumped or dropped so it doesn't hurt to be a little extra cautious.
