I bought this case to store my external HD for my Xbox One in. My HD fits in it perfectly and helps protect my HD ports. I also have room to store the cord in it as well.

When taking an external drive with you, make sure to protect it and your data. A carrying case is a good investment; however, I think this one is just a bit overpriced compared to other models. I purchased this one because it was the only one my BestBuy had in stock at the time I purchased my external hard drive.

I didn’t want to buy this at first because I saw it as an added expense, but I’m glad I did. It provides good protection for my hard drive and I don’t have to worry about it getting damaged.

The case is very versatile. It works very well for carrying the hard drive. However, it can be a pain to fit the cord of the hard drive into the case as well. The case is SO snug, that there is little room left for the cord. However, overall it is a good product

I have cases from other manufacturers and I like this case from WD because it is more roomier and also the case has a hard shell that provides more protection than some of my other cases that I own.

This is a great carry case for my 500GB WD backup drive. Holds the cord in a little internal pocket (what that little external bump is for), and my drive fits in there perfectly. Overall solid construction and sturdy zipper.

Case is very rugged and solid and even has enough room to store the USB cable inside with the drive. Wish I would've bought a second one for my other portable drive, but is a nice secure feeling

I needed a case for my 2 gig WD external hard drive. This has worked perfectly. The only downside is that I can't place the cable inside the case with the hard drive. The 2 gig is too thick. You maybe able with the one gig. It appears to be sturdy and will constructed. Overall I am very pleased. It does the job. I am not worried about the safety of my hard drive as I travel.

bought new drive and needed a case to protect the drive when I store in a vault. Have several of this case and been pleased and expect this one to perform in a similar manner.
