This is a great carry case for my 500GB WD backup drive. Holds the cord in a little internal pocket (what that little external bump is for), and my drive fits in there perfectly. Overall solid construction and sturdy zipper.

This Is a great case I just wish it could open up a little more.

I needed a case for my 2 gig WD external hard drive. This has worked perfectly. The only downside is that I can't place the cable inside the case with the hard drive. The 2 gig is too thick. You maybe able with the one gig. It appears to be sturdy and will constructed. Overall I am very pleased. It does the job. I am not worried about the safety of my hard drive as I travel.

I have bought several of these cases and they never disappoint. I just feel so much better carry the external hard drives around with me.

Having owned a WD hard drive for year, I never thought of getting a case for it. By doing so, I made the connection ports very weak. Best thing I could have done was by a carry case this time around.

This is a case which is desiged to protect a 5TB hard drive I have not dropped the drive, so not sure if would work or not

I bought 1TB harddisk to store valuable pictures and was looking some case to keep it safe and so I dont miss my documents. The passport hard disk fits into this exactly and it is very compact. Designed to match the hard disk. The price seems to OK as I bought for a free shutterfly $25 card. That sounds to be good deal.
