Large size, quiet & 32GB flash drive as bonus

I have 2x 8TB Easystore drives that were purchased from Best Buy a few years back. I had no problems with those drives, so getting the 10TB version was a no-brainer. It is so quiet when reading & writing that you barely know it's on. Since this drive will be used sparingly for backups, it should last a long time. Highly recommended.

Great storage solution

Whenever I move large amounts of files there are audible clicks. It often takes a while to start to spin up again, but once it does it's fast. We'll talk about reliability when it comes to that point, but of all the other Easystore external USB drives I have, all of them have lasted at least 3 years.

Great storage size at a great price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was able to pick up two of these WD - Easystore 10TB External USB 3.0 Hard Drive with 32GB Easystore USB Flash Drive - Black for 180 each and the devices have been working like a charm since purchase. I considered shucking them and adding them into a más server but In the end ran out of time. Overall this product is solid and has been very reliable without any issues

I’ve been using mine for about a month and so far, no negatives. From the WD web site: “Formatted NTFS for Windows® 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 7. Reformatting may be required for other operating systems.”

Awesome Buy

Nowhere on earth could you find a 10TB drive for the 169$ I paid for this product... So with all that said, I ripped out the drive and threw the rest in the garbage.. Stuck the drive in my PC and now I have the 10TB of storage in there for my Plex Server.. Thx for the great buy!!

Great backup external drive

Runs quiet, and even though it's a 5400rpm drive (and you wouldn't want to use it for gaming or editing), I have no trouble or lag accessing my media files from it. Great as a backup drive, too. For the same price now, though, you should be able to get 14TB!
