Bought as a 1 day deal got it for the price of a 8tb storage drive. Very pleased with the storage and the performance and getting the extra flash drive was a bonus as well. I would highly recommend getting this drive when the price drops on it, its well worth it.

This is a great product. It gives you the space you need to store files, photos, music. If you need space this is what you want to get. Look for deals on this product. Best Buy has it on special at times and the sale price is something that can't be passed up.

10TB drive. Such a large storage drive. Came with fee 32gb USB drive. Transfer speeds good on USB3 connection.

I would recommend every Best Buy's Easystore version of WD drives and the price is always competitive to WD's version. Now, 10TB cannot guarantee Helium drives, if you want one, please get at least 12TB.

Drive works well out of the box but even with the built-fan it still runs about 15-20 degrees warmer than any other external drive I have. I ended up purchasing a small USB external fan to circulate additional air through it and now it stays as cool as the other drives. I have 16 external USB drives but none as large as this one is. The large 10TB capacity is fantastic!

So far from what I've seen, most of these are WD Red drives, just at a much cheaper price. They are shuckable, you can find instructions on Youtube, but of course, this voids your warranty. Also great for "on-label" use as a large external backup

I have (5) 2tb sata hard drives in my computer and new computers now available have only (1) 1 1tb solid state hard drive and no room for adding additional big SATA hard drives. This unit allowed me to simply copy every folder and file in my computer as easy as using a zip drive. It simply plugs into a USB port and it's ready to use. It took 5 days to copy everythin but now, no matter what future computer I get, I can copy my old data out it as needed. I love having this and feel now if I get wiped out with a major computer failure and and not able to get a new one my (5) sata hard drives will fit into or connect to, it .will not be an issue. All I need is a new computer and I can work out of this unit plugged in as a zip drive and rebuild my file system using my files saved in this,knowing everyting I don't use is safely there for me when I need it.

Using with iMac. I had an 8tb WD drive that filled and needed more storage for backup. So far it's been working fine after initial reformatting to work with MacOS. The additional USB drive that came in the package was a bonus as part of the purchase.

This piece is easy to set up. It schedules a backup but I can place a file in it anytime. The only thing is that since it installed, my printer resets every once in awhile throughout the day and night and I've had to shut it off until I want to use it.

An easy plug-and-play item, that I can use to back my files up to, including documents, videos, or any other form of file that I have. This item is completely trouble-free and suits my purposes; the USB drive comes in handy too.

Both the external and flash drives are good value for the dollar while on sale. Can be shucked and used internally if you so wish. Good deals are usually ~$140-150 for this drive.

I use these for backup, so ultimate speed is not a primary concern. They are not the fastest available, but at the price they are more than adequate, and I've had long lasting WD drives for years. I can only hope these last a long time also

Whenever these Western Digital 10T external drives are on sale, I grab one. I do a lot of 4K video editing and these drives are great for storage. I have 4 and have experienced no issues.

I bought this as an upgrade to my 5 2TB external hard drives. I would always have to unplug one and then plug another in, it was very cumbersome. Now that all the data is on this one drive I never have to unplug it and it works like a dream!

This drive was exactly what I needed to capture, edit and create IMovies of my and my childrens home movies. I captured from film, VHS, 8MM and Mini 8MM tapes. The capture process requires about 400 GB for every 2 hours of data captured.

I like this external hard drive for its ease of use and the fact that all of the others I have bought have served me well with no issues. I trust the brand and the product. I travel a lot and use external hard drives to protect my data.

I have purchased many Western Digital products in the past, this is my latest and so far so good, no issues to report and I feel confident now that I know I have more space to backup my files to. No regrets. Great products as per usual.

As a data hoarder, I can tell you this is but 10 TB of 37 TB of extra HD space total I own and the size of it and portability of it is great. Recommend this to anyone with similar data hoarding issues and needs a good solid drive for work

I bought this unit a week before for $10 more and the customer service I received from Best Buy was excellent. They matched the price difference without any issues. As for the drive, it's an excellent addition to my storage needs.

I bought this on black friday. It takes a while to fill it up. The disk seems noisy but I am only using it as a backup. I hope this product lasts till next year. I have the hard drive from last year 8tb that I am backing up to this.
