I have not used this hard drive that much, so all I can say at this time is that "so far so good" I had no issues connecting to my computer and everything worked out of the box. I will update this review down the road after with more details good or bad.

This appears to be a high-quality drive. While the case is sort of flimsy and cheap, at least it's pretty small. The drive performs well over USB 3, at least under Linux. These contain higher-end drives, unlike Segate's USB drives which are low performance.

I bought this on clearance for $189 plus tax. You can't beat the price for a WD drive. No problems and it works perfect!

Cavernous hard drive for all your media and a bonus thumb drive to transfer files, what is not to love!?

Great for storing years of home video. It now sits next to a 2 TB WD external drive that has run 10 years without issue.

We do a lot of video editing and are always looking for great deals. Plenty of storage and the extra thumb drive is a plus.

These are great drives that I have running in my server. I currently only have 4x of these 10TB drives but they are great.

I remember when a 1TB was a lot of space. This thing will back up every computer I have. The stick was a nice addition.

Got to back up many drives into one now i can access all the data from one place and use my smaller one for my boys PS4

Can't go wrong with 10 TB of storage. Been using this for over a year and it's still humming along.

This drive provides much needed space however it is a little on the slow side. It took 7 days to run a checkdisk on it to verify if it had no bad sectors to start with. All checked out good and it took 6 hours to copy 4tb to it from my old backup.

ill never run out of space again. i take it to friends house. i hooks it up to my router for shared access. its awesome.

This backup drive is great. It's by far the cheapest way to obtain a 10tb drive!!

Its about time hard drive prices come down. A lot of space for the money I will shuck these and put them in my server

I have been using it quite a bit (four GB added) since I bought it about four weeks ago and haven't had any problems.

Remember this is a big drive and it has to read a lot of disk space to work well. Therefore the drive is a lot slower than some of the smaller drives we are used to. It’s good for storage and back up but pretty slow If you need to work off of it.

great bang for your buck, also works great as an internal drive if you remove the enclosure

Bought this on Black Friday for $120 off. You can never have enough external storage and in this case bigger is better.
