Shucked without incident for my new NAS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like most of my recent WD easystore purchases this one was easy to shuck, and the bare drive was a White WD100EMAZ, which should slot nicely into any newer NAS. This one went into a WD ex2 Ultra, but other shucked easystore drives have slotted into both my (brand new) Synology and (very old) QNAP units without any problem.

Lots of available memory
