    The drive starts out 10gb but after formatting only provides a little more than 9gb of space. I hope it lasts.

    I bought this hoping I could use it as a network drive but it is not designed as such. It needs to always be connected to a computer so I returned it for one that is networkable.

    Forget the USB thumb drive - its as slow as an insurance seminar. The actual drive is fine - it can take 10 seconds to wake sometimes, but for backing up lots of data off cloud, this is a wine

    This is a small footprint drive.It is about the size of a book. Runs cool and quiet. One blue led of reasonable brightness to show drive activity. You can't buy the drive itself for less than the Easystore drive.
