Excellent 12TB Hard Drive. You can shuck these and put them inside a desktop/server. If you plan on running them inside their enclosure you should get a fan to circulate air, otherwise they will run way too hot right around 50C while under use.

I bought this drive to replace a 8 TB drive. I have a lot of room for my media files and the sale price was good!!. The drive is quick enough, over USB 3.0, to keep up with my computer!

I have purchased multiple 12TB Easystore drives and they all perform as expected and have been reliable thus far. These are an incredible value for the amount of storage they provide.

I needed a new external HD and had success with other Easystore devices from WD. Setting this up was very easy. Time will tell just how long the drive will last. This unit has a 2 year warranty period. I really wanted something with a longer warranty.

Large capacity storage (12TB) to backup my Synology DS918+. Functions as expected. Easy to use. Bought during the 2019 holiday at a ridiculously great price.

Owned since December and $179 sale was very good, but I missed the $159 a few weeks earlier. All in all a very good deal for a very large capacity good quality external drive.

It seems to work most of the time, but there were a couple of glitches but can’t verify it is the drive....yet. Shipped to my home, and did have something that was loose in the case that would flop around when moving the case. Thought about sending it back but knew Best Buy would make it difficult and would take longer than I was willing to wait.

I use this as a portable backup device and am pleased with capacity and performance. My WD drives last a long time in general, this one is doing great so far.

I was shopping for a smaller drive until I saw this one. You cant beat the low price for 12 TB. The drive works great and is basically "plug and play". It works with any windows or mac computer. I will definitely be purchasing another drive soon!

Working perfectly as a Time Machine drive on my iMac. I just wish it was bigger! Performance seems good and isn’t very noisy for a large drive.

I had 2 of these. The second one failed after 3 months of use. I purchased a third because I wanted to backup my files asap in case the second one failed. And this device was the cheapest and quickest I could get with the amount of storage I needed. I no longer have these devices and have swapped out for a different brand. Hard drives will fail eventually. But after three months. No dropping, hitting, or overheating. Just one day stops working. Sorry. That's the point in which I write off your product.

Needed more space for my Imac and this was perfect. The price is great for 12 tb. I purchased this on tax free weekend and it made it even more affordable.

I'm never disappointed with WD hard drives. I have some that have lasted for over a decade, and I always go back for more when I need more space.

I needed an external drive to save all of my files on so I could travel with them. This worked great and is easy to use and small. I am happy with my purchase.

I purchased this hard drive and it arrived dead on arrival. I contacted Best Buy and returned it for a full refund, but then I went on and purchase another and it worked fine. I guess I had bad luck on my first purchase. But I would definitely recommend this hard drive for the price! I use mine for my Xbox Series X.
