    I like this device, but it takes a few seconds to wake up when it is asleep and my MacBook often times out the request before it wakes up completely. When you are actively using it, it works great.

    This drive contains a WD White, which is a helium drive. If it happens to tip over, there is no data recovery company on the planet that can retrieve the data. Avoid like the disaster this is.

    Bought two of there drives for my NAS. These are white label WD Drives. They work. The only thing I don't like is that they are a bit noisy compared to the Seagate drives. Other than that it ok.

    I've always bought WD hard drives and rarely have issues. When I do, WD has replaced them free of charge and quickly.
