He is still having problems. I told him to call the geeks and for some reason they are giving him the run around. He needs help.

Failed after 2 years

Overall was a good value, but sad that we need to use online storage options rather than local storage which i prefer.

It says 12tb of space, but there is only 11tb. I was hoping for 12tb of space. It's not like it's a smart phone and has bloat ware taking up extra space. It is completely empty and you have only 11tb. To me, if you buy this, know that your getting ripped off a little for not getting the entire 12tb of space.

The Worst External Drive

Had 4TB of data backed up from two computers. Need to get it fixed or send to data recovery company. Last WD brand drive I'll ever purchase.
