Great simple backup solution.

It's a bit noisy but works well pretty good transfer rate on USB 3.0 getting read and write of around 118 Mbytes per second. But the warranty is a bit lacking only one year :( for that one less star.

14TB of Storage - My Gosh!

I use as backup of smaller external drives.. can never have enough backup of a backup too! WD has earned my trust for a quality product. I do not recall ever having a DOA drive from WD. Like that WD offers online registration and lookup of when my warranty expires. Hoping that harddrive pricing to drop a bit, but seems to stay up there, but periodically am getting more storage for the same price.

Loads of storage and decent speed backup drive

It isn't the fastest USB 3.0 drive but has delivered read speeds between 150 and 200 MB on my setup.

Recycle old storage for a discount on this gem

Good high capacity external USB drive.

All my movies in one place
