    I have purchased several of these external HD and they are ok. I wish they had the RED drives but WD has lowered their quality and is using white label drives. Let's hope it last.... Also, they need to switch to usb-c...

    Not a fan of WD products at all this one was cheap and suites my needs but it’s NOT 14TB after formatting and such you have a little over 12TB usable. You’d think they’d have all that figured out so you get at least 13.5TBs

    The rate transfer speed is amazing. Easy to connect and I had no problems with my windows 11 Pc to recognize it.

    Unfortunately SMART stats don't seem to be available through this USB interface, which is frustrating. Took about 8½ days to run [ badblocks -b 4096 -wsv /dev/sdX ] but it closed out with zero errors. Happy for now!
