    A tremendous amount of storage for the price. Great for storing hi-res photos, video, and ih res audio. I haven't checked the transfer speed but it seems adequate for storage needs. Got it on sale so that makes it a real steal! I own several easy store and passport and my book drives.All, have worked reliably for years.

    Ever since the Chia craze in mid-2021, WD started infleting the “MSRP” for all of its drivess. Chia was a dud and there is excess supply but rather than fix the price to something tgry actually could sell at, Best Buy has had every WD drive “on sale” for half a year. A real sale would bring the prices lower but they already have a huge sale….

    This storage device is excellent for storing family movies and photos. I have this plugged in my router and everytime someone has files to backup, I just have them upload it to the WD easystore drive. Also have mac and pc backups on here as well. The drive is fast when coping files. Highly recommend!!!

    I'm a Graphic Designer and keep a large backlog of work. Many clients reorder the same job and I used to have either burn on CD's or had multiple Hard Drives. (Worst case scenario, I would have to recreate the job.) I'm glad to have everything in one place and not clog up any computer hard drive space.
