    Easy installation. I just had to reformat to HPFS to work with Mac. The unit is virtually silent.

    Pretty much the most storage space you can get for the price. I have 10 of these and 4 of them are toast. I double backup everything and thankful I do, these drives are really bad and fail often. Buyer beware.

    Good quality at a reasonable price. WD drives are reliable than other brands. However, it was not packaged in a box but poly bag this time.

    Storage and speed were great at first...however after about 6 months it started having errors before outright failing by the 8 month mark. WD used to be on par with Seagate, now it seems they are woefully behind. This was not the first WD hard drive that has failed me, but will likely be the last.
