But I've had to delete and reformat this twice already while having it. I'm hoping that this isnt a regular occurrence. I'm using it for my backbook pro, but it wont always mount correctly on hard drive.

Shuck the plastic Scheiße off and stick it in your desktop and use it for a backup. If you just have a laptop, you probably have no use for this much space in a backup drive. Do not use for anything but backups, it's slow as Scheiße.

Worked fine for a couple weeks. One night the power went out. When i restaryed the computer the drive had disappeared. Troubleshooting for hours didn't help. Had to return it for a replacement.

Fast Drive!

It is very fast, faster than other harddrives in its class. I am so impressed. I have this drive connected to my router and i can access data seamlessly with a wifi 6 connection.

So Much Storage!

Luckily as they get bigger storage I can somehow manage to fill them up. Works great & love the more storage!
