A huge drive at a great price. I needed to increase the size of my backup storage and this drive fit the bill. It has been running well for months.

Easy Plug and Play Storage in a form of a book. Easy to tuck away standing up and plug in and pull out whenever needed. Large data space and never had any issues with it so far.

WD easystore 14TB was easy to set up. Just plug and play. Doesn't take up much space. Pretty much as advertised. Great deal for the money.

So far it is working well. Bought it just to back up from a 10tb drive and a few ssd drives. No complaints. Profile is fine for my desk. No excessive noise. It is working just fine on the outside of a Thuderbolt dock on a hi end laptop PC along with 6 other devices on the dock. It is way too new to talk about longevity. It worked out of the box just fine when I checked it out and then I did a format to rid it of the junk it had upon delivery. It is a fine working storage device in a system that gets its speed for daily use on other faster devices. Net - inexpensive external storage that is large and works.

Could not pass up on the price. Plus, I use this as my third backup for all my files and photos.

Western Digital makes the best hard drives. This 14tb was quickly followed by the 18tb. I use them for backup drives. They are quick and reliable.

Great speed and amazing storage for the price point. I am using this drive as my primary storage for a Plex server. No signs of performance issues at all.

DISCLAIMER: I am a Geek Squad Agent Works great. Not too loud, though you'll notice it if the room is silent. If you're using this with a desktop computer that has fans, you won't notice it at all. It's a CMR drive inside, and while a 2 year warranty doesn't fill me with confidence, the sale price was too good to pass up. Comes preformated to NTFS with some WD backup software on there, which I immediately got rid of, but you might find it useful.
