Great hard drive for hooking to my router for a Nas storage for streaming movies

Good drive, I use them for Chia crypto. they'll hold 128 32k plots with the base NTFS filesystem they come with. They do require external power. I only buy them when the price drops.

This external drive has 14TB of storage place - that's amazing! I have so many old files I need to remove from my C drive and this will be an enormous help organizing these files!

This WD drive is working great about 3 months in. It runs a nightly backup routine I have set up using cron and rsync with a Synology NAS. The only thing that would make it better is if it spun at 7200rpm instead of 5400rpm.

No bigger than the other WD external hard drives and holds a lot of photos. I copied two smaller drives onto this one and it worked smooth with no problems after running for over two days.

This is a great desktop backup solution. Well made reliable product. Great for a small business or home. Very fast transfer rates and WD has very good siftware. Plenty of storage for a very reasonable price.

These WD drives are excellent and you cannot beat the deal for these high-capacity drives. Excellent value. Great quality, as we have a bunch of these WD easystore drives and have never had any problems with them.

it stores, it's fantastic, Thing backing up all my system and doesn't even complain. Could have used an Ethernet port, but the USB 3.0 will work just as fine. Pretty decent value from Best Buy.

Great external drive. Holds all my pictures and videos. Really needed to expand storage since cloud storage was too costly for all my family pictures and videos.

Get this when it’s on sale. This is a large external storage hard drive. Just had it for several weeks and can’t say if it will last a long time but the reviews are good. Cross my fingers and hope this last years. A bonus for those who are not tech savvy. You can actually remove the hard drive from the inside of the box and use the it on a NAS or in your computer as an extra drive. Go to you tube and follow the instructions.

I’m a big supporter of this product. I have yet to be disappointed by this product. When it comes to saving my files on any drive. I will choose WD for this. I recommend this brand whenever it’s been talked about.

This was my solution to not paying the crazy price for the little ssd expansion card for the series x. Instead I just store my games on here and transfer the games back and forth between the main ssd and this drive.
