Going to use it for backups. Great size. Not sure about the transfer speed for anything else but backups. I Have not had it long so we will see how long it continues to run.

Running 24/7 since purchasing with no issues. Read speeds are fast enough to never tell it’s external and not internal.

Drive works. It's shuckable. I have a 8 of these and have had 0 issues with reliability. Would and will buy again.

I was running low on external storage and decided to upgrade. After looking at a lot of reviews and price points, I decided on this device. It works as advertised. Access is fast. It comes with simple installation software and takes only a couple of minutes to install. Needs USB 3.0 port for maximum performance. No picture, the device looks exactly as advertised. Comes with USB 3.0 cable and external power supply that runs on house current.

Great item for storing all my unedited videos and photos, just what I needed and excellent investment as well.

Excellent drive for shucking (there’s a white drive in there). Works great with my QNAP TS-451+. Didn’t even have to do the 3.3v bypass.

The hard drive works as expected and it is easy to use. I reformatted to exfat as it works better for other OSs.

Work as expected, to backup my projects once I finish them and render the videos or models. Do not use It as your primary disk unless you have an intense time of waste. It is too slow.

I use this external drive plugged into an old laptopserving content as a Plex server. I have been running it for over six-months, no issue. I can transfer files thru FTP to it, and I can hold three streams at a time, even as the laptop has only USB 2.0 speed. If you want storage for cheap, this thing works just great!
