Store employees at the Plant Best Buy were exceptional, making the replacement very seamless. The new drive has not had any issues and the personnell at the Plant make it easy to buy from them rather than Amazon.

Great product but wait for seasonal sales.

I use it to perform backups in Apple's Time Machine along with a WD Elements 12 TB. It took a few days to get it sorted out as to alternating backups with the other one every hour but I did some searching and reading and just left everything powered up overnight and now it's just fine without any problems. Wait for sales to get the best price.
