Annoying clunking sound

Now using it for my desktop pc, but like other reviewers said, it makes an annoying clunking sound every 5 seconds. Do not buy unless you're in a loud environment where you won't be able to hear the drive clunking. Otherwise it'll drive you insane.

Solid external drive to use for backups

All three passed the extended SMART test i performed. One is currently used as a backup to my nas and its working well.
