    Bought this item so hopefully the next time my computer crashes I won't lose all my documents and pictures. The back up disked I had didn't work so I hope this keeps everything.

    Amazon has one online that's more affordable, however it's not the same brand. This is suiting it's purpose for more storage on our laptop

    Hard drive does whats is supposed to do. The feel of the HD is solid die to the plastic casing, but i was able to backup all my laptop information with no problems.

    Hard drive decent just holds space. The only reason I give it a three because Best Buy’s costumer service sucks in Sarasota FL.
