i recommend this...its compact and no need to plug in the wall...i already stored a ton of storage..depends what your using it for..i would get another just in case with age it goes bad or if you drop it...always have a back up...two thumbs up

I needed extra room for ps4 as I always have to delete games to add new ones and I don't know why I waited so long to get a external hard drive. Set up was a breeze as the ps4 instantly recognized the new storage device and formatted it in seconds and now I can download all my saves pl plus free games.

Used this to transfer my data from an old SSD to a newer one, and it worked without any issues. It formatted to about 980GB, which was more than enough for what I needed. I now use it to save a backup in case my drive corrupts, and I was able to write the 500+GB backup in about 4 hours.

works great. loads pretty quick and feels durable. I use it for work so I can save files and picture to keep track of jobs at work in case Ford needs me to send picture of a concern, or a file and or recording for warranty reasons. Fits in any pocket of my laptop bag and backpack.

This is a lifesaver sort of product, especially if your pc is running low on storage. It was super easy to hook up and use and now I have so much more space for any and all things I want to save or have backups of. Plus the price can not be beat for an entire 1TB of storage.

Great product. I use it to store and play ps4 games on my ps5. It's been working perfectly and I've had zero problems. You do have to format it before you use it. But it's easy and simple. So glad I am able to download all my games. Definitely recommend!

Thought about getting a hard drive because pc was getting full from clips. Turns out this was on sale so I went with it. It’s portable and works perfectly and effectively. I use it for storing clips and other files but can be used for photos or backing stuff up. Overall great buy.

I bought this hard drive in a pinch, when I needed to back up my laptop so that it could be updated. It worked beautifully, allowing me to copy the content of my laptop and while leaving lots of additional space. Great product at a decent price.

I always purchase WD. I feel confident that my files will be there when I go to access them again. PC recognizes instantly, and info transfer is fast and seamless. I have a full bootable backup on here and still plenty of room for more files. Would not hesitate to purchase again!
