      The external hard drive is very efficient. I highly recommend it. you plug it in and you don't need to do anything else. It updates automatically. You never need to worry about losing anything on your computer.

      The Best Buy crew was very quick to try and help me. In fact, they went above and beyond to help me. The only problem I had is that the Outlook files were not copied to the external disk I purchased and therefore did not get copied to my new hard drive . I have not yet looked to see if I can pull them up on my old hard drive. If I can't retrieve them it is not good because I have important information there that is lost for good. I would suggest your people be instructed to make sure everything is copied.
