It gets the job done. I bought this to make backups on my computer using the Time Machine feature. It’s just took a few minutes to back up all my photos and videos, and now I can just take it out of storage once in a while and back up any new additions I put on the computer.

Great product, used it for my xbox one for external storage

Recently my computer went down due to a power supply issue. I was concerned that my data might be lost because we didn't know what the problem was. Once the computer was up and running again I bought this to back it up. Well Pleased!! My only piece of advice, don't wait until the computer goes down to get one, you will be a lot less anxious.

it works well, down loading dont know how it will work uploads. i am still working on that aspect of it.

Got it on sale 1 TB with SATA 1 like speeds on a USB 3.0 interface. Western digital is an outstanding company been buying their products for more than a decade. Will keep buying
