I needed an external hard drive to hold pictures and files. The price on this for the amount of memory was excellent. I've transferred everything I needed to and still have plenty of space left over.

Good item, helped me a lot with storage. It was reasonable price as well.

Works like a charm! One of the best purchases in a long time. It is also small unlike in the past and holds MANY MANY photos and videos. Fast & easy uploads and easy to setup on the computer! I would recommend.

No instructions and did not automatically get the necessary software from the web. Figuring out what to download was not very intuitive. Once the right software was downloaded the set up was relatively easy. Someone with minimal computer savvy will have difficulty with this item. Once setup, it appears to work well.

Just got the external hard drive installed last night. It is a compact unit and sits atop my desktop computer. I have little available room on the computer desk. I like the size of the unit and the 1TB capacity. I would have preferred a little more information on installation but I did work through the process. I would recommend the unit for its capacity, size, and price. Will have to wait and see how well it performs.

It has been a great backup for my computer. It works without a problem. I like being able to plug in and store photos.

The Geek Squad recommended this external drive back up files for my husband's lap top. There is plenty of space for mine, too! Great slim external drive to back up our work.

This is a great little portable drive simply styled and glossy black in color but the one thing to be aware of is this easystore line of drives is NOT compatible with WD's Smartware backup software but it does work with WD's more basic included backup software. As with most USB products it is an easy plug and play drive for Windows (Windows 10 in my case) using a standard USB port (3.0 preferred) and WD has some nice software for managing all their drives and integrates nicely with their software. Mainly will use WD portable drive for file backups and worth noting I already run other WD drives in my system.

Works as a good storage and/or transfer Drive. Easy to bridge between Mac and PC.

Excellent for my travels and to keep the memory on my laptop at an optimal performance. This product is affordable and excellent for the people trying to save space up. I recommend this product to anyone

Seems like a good drive - bought 2 in the last month - one for a Windows 11 PC and one for a Mac M1 running Monterey OS - both easy to set up and are performing perfectly

so far, its been a seamless external hard drive. And has a great amount of storage for being an extra drive. WORKS GREAT. Using it to store my games, and keep my Main drive low storage.

Best Buy techs are the best. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, but best of all friendly. No question is too small or unimportant. Every task gets their best response.
