This one would not format. It was difficult finding someone that day at BB to help me. Later, I found out that BB does not sell a 500g in its stores.

My computer is my work and my lifeline, especially during this pandemic. I bought it when I had to upgrade my computer in order to transfer all of my files easily and it truly was just that...easy. I keep my photos on it to keep all that space free on my computer. It's nice to have all this extra space.
