      This is my second external hd from WD and I have been happy with both. First one my girlfriend bought 2 years ago and second one she bought about 6 months ago. It is so easy to use. We just plug it into our Windows pc and drag files on to the ext hd. or plug into a compatible television to look through photos, songs videos.
