      I bought this for the capacity and the ease of use. I backed-up my Desktop PC in the event that it crashes, I have a complete backup of all my important files, documents, and priceless pictures of my family. You should have one, believe me, you wont regret it.

      My knowledge of technology is very limited so I was concerned that I may not be able to accurately copy thousands of files and photos from an old computer. However with the package instructions and encouragement from the sales person, the task was easy and quick.

      Western Digital is my "go to" hard drive manufacturer so when Best Buy put these on special, it was an easy decision to pick this up. I have always found their drives to be reliable, this has been no exception. While I haven't formally tested the speeds, it's certainly fast enough for my needs.
