      I bought it to back up my new computer since the new computer would not accommodate an internal hard drive. Although I didn't intend to use the included WD Backup software, since Windows 10 File History would not work w/ my configuration, I gave it a try. Works great.

      Great portable hard drive. Easy to use and does what it's supposed to do. Owned a couple of them for over a year and it's been very useful as a back up. Good value and you can find them on sale often.
