      I definitely recommend. It does the trick. I had to do some weird reformatting thing to make it work with my MacBook, but that was pretty simple. I just looked up a YouTube video, followed the steps, and it was good to go.

      This is a good product. However, while the box says Mac compatible, it requires you downloading additional updates to make it compatible with Mac products. This isn’t a problem, but we had to find this information out with a Google search. It would’ve been nice if this was included in the instructions. Works great once you get the update configured! And the download is free

      At first I was getting an error and couldn't reformat the drive but after mounting and unmounting then reformatting I got it to work. 4 stars just because of the original error

      picked this up for my grandparents to back up their computer for an extra hard drive and it works beautifully! Does exactly what i needed it to do as soon as I plugged in the device! Would buy again and recommend to friends!
