      Have had it for four months only. I was using it To store all my videos only had three 10min videos on there and when I went to go edit... everything was gone!!! DO NOT BUY!! from now on I’m sticking to gdrive or Toshiba

      Had this for less than a year when it failed. Lost important images and files forever. Back up everything in more than one location, and do not trust this device.

      No instructions. took all day to figure it out. not user friendly. Some how I messed things up and rendered it useless. $55 down the drain

      Do not go to Western Digital if your drive is shipped with a bad USB cord. Just exchange it with Best Buy.
