G R E A T little SSD !

It used to be fast and has slow down, and down. . . Soo I got this SD hard drive and am I ever glad. It saves things just by clicking and it is ready to go. This is a very good product and easy to set up. Am very happy with it.

Amazingly fast drive!

Has the physical security & speed that goes with a SSD. I run a Parallels virtual machine program from this external drive and it is blindingly fast! The vm boots up and handles data faster on this drive than on my computer's integral SSD!

Fantastic small SSD but should've included USB-C

It's really fast especially when hooked up via a USB-C. We did a 0.9 GB transfer of photos and videos from our MacBook with no problems. It did get a little warm but nothing to worry about. Our only and main complaint is the USB-A cord they include with Easystore SSD. This is 2022 and should have include a USB-C cable instead of the USB-A. We bought the USB-C cable the day after we picked up the WD Easystore SSD. On whim we tested the USB-A against the USB-C for a 50 GB video. The USB-C cable was almost 50% faster in down and upload speeds. I recommend you get an USB-C cable with WD USB-B on the other side. We bought the AINOPE 10Gbps Micro B to USB C Hard Drive Cable 1.6FT/0.5m for $10.

I bought it to store pictures from my windows, iMac, and Macbook Pro once I edit them all. It is slim, easy to use, and with an adapter can connect to my Apple products easily. Only complaint is that it seems a bit light so it makes me worry about the outside of the drive.

I like the new hard drives like this one

I like the idea that it is not like previous hard drives with moving parts. This should be more reliable and last longer. My only problem is that I should have gotten one with even more storage than I did!!
