Completely failed just outside return date

I had partitioned the drive to do TimeMachine on one partition and then hold media/music on another. I properly unmounted it to take it home this weekend and today, the media/music part won't mount. Tried erasing, disk first aid, nothing is working. Expected more from WD!

The micro usb 3.0 cable has to be inserted and held at a certain angle to get it to work. Real bummer because I know it's going to just not work one day and have all my data stuck on this thing.
