A 1TB SSD that comfortably fits in your pocket is insane, this device is smaller than the palm of my hand. I’m using it to hold my games so now my laptop pretty much has all the space it can get. I’d recommend picking it up on sale. Thanks WD

I'm actually very pleased with this little wonder. It's not just the size but also the speed. This is not all the much larger than a lot of flash drives but much faster.

Works great and definitely preferred over the HDD when mines stopped working. Does exactly as intended and I don’t have to worry about an inside motor eventually going out since it doesn’t need one!

The WD-easystore in a great product with the 1TB of storage. It is compact which means you can easily slide it in your pocket if you want to take it with you.

It’s perfect for my Tesla dashcam. It uses very little space and it can withstand being inside the car all day. It’s small and doesn’t utilize too much space in the glovebox

This peripheral drive is a plug and play. I can used as a separate external hard drive and/or as a backup for your content on C:\. With 1 TB, the small size it is only 3.21" square and .34" thick; easy to carry with you if need be. It does not have software for auto backup. I reviewed the instructions and online information and found no mention of a utility software for backup. Good news is you are able to select files to back up, bad news is you need to manually select files. So a good subdirectory structure will make it easier for grabbing and copying files. However, this won't copy a file with a virus unless you select it and move it to the peripheral storage.

This is my second WD External Portable drive. I also have the 2TB USB 3.0. This smaller one I use on my Apple iPad and do a Back Up once a week. Easier using a small drive with plenty of space and take it with me when traveling.

I've always liked "easystore" drives. This on is particularly nice in that it is much more compact and holds a lot more data than my older ones.

So far the drive has been great. I couldn't believe how small it is. It's almost like they took a few USB thumb drives, removed them from their case, connected them in paralell and put them a case. I really like the fact that there isn't any discs in them to be damaged if you drop it.

So very easy to use! My laptop was hacked so I got this to transfer my "good" data before wiping my hard drive. It not only transferred my files but scanned them to assure I was not copying the malicious files!

I love this. Small, packed it full of movies for a recent trip, works. What more do we want?

Got this on sale and I am willing to say it was a steal. I use it on my PC for gaming and I am incredibly happy. Small and can fit in your palm but powerful.

I likes that it was very fast as advertised and rhe compactness is a plus since I can insert it into the small pocket of jeans that nobody really seems to know what goes in there but it actually fit nicely so thats a win!

This drive works as I expected. It's fast and responsive, and it's size is perfect for my workspace. No complaints so far.
