Frustrated

After using it a couple times, it stopped working. Best Buy had us return it & we ordered a new one. We brought it back in to transfer information from the old one to the new one. Brought the new one home. We had a document saved & I went into it to make some changes, couldn't access the document. We noticed that they didn't download Microsoft office. Now we have to make another appointment to have this completed. We are starting to get a bit frustrated. The Geek Squad needs to take more time to make sure that items tranfered correctly.

Great external hard drive

It's very lightweight and easy to move, and transfer speeds are very fast. Also, when you first connect it to your PC or laptop it will request to download and install management software. You do *not* need to do this to use it.

The external hard drive did the job and was reasonably priced.
