It's A Keeper
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first thing I do when I purchase any hard drive is check s.m.a.r.t. for errors and run the extended self test. Gsmartcontrol does not work on this drive but Passmark Diskcheckup will give you smart info and run the extended self test. Crystaldiskinfo will also give you the smart info but, as far as I know, won't run any tests. The drive passed the extended self test so it's a keeper. Thanks.

Saved me from a bad situation

I was luckily able to backup my important files even in the state that my hdd and sdd were in.

It came with a cable to continue to add data onto or take to another computer
