It has not failed to respond quickly to all commands thus far. The slim lightweight profile has also been appreciated, especially while traveling.

I use it for my Windows desktop backup and it works great. It is very quiet when in use, almost like a solid state drive. It has a very compact design so that when it is not in use and stored away, it does not take up a lot of room.

Much Needed Device

I was concerned that my data might be lost because we didn't know what the problem was. Once the computer was up and running again I bought this to back it up. Well Pleased!! My only piece of advice, don't wait until the computer goes down to get one, you will be a lot less anxious.
