There must be a connection problem from the tower to the Mac. I will try to resolve that issue at a later time.

Only use it as a Time Machine back up disk so don’t know how quick it is when accessing every day files like pictures and videos.

Perfect for the Xbox One

That's been going very well. The data transfers very quickly. The cost was very reasonable, also.
