1TB storage for $39.99 is a pretty good deal. Work great with no problems.

The rating is for the service technicians. The drive came home with my computer, but due to illness and other personal issues neither the computer nor the drive have been connected, plugged in or in any way configured.

I bought this for my wife for college. It's great to have 1tb of storage in such a small package and not require an external power supply to run it.

I’m sure this is a great product. Although we were not able to use it for its intended use, we credited it towards the purchase of a new ssd nvme drive :)

Easy to instructions and easy to backup my stuff from my computer.

Replaced and older backup drive good for what I needed and the price was good.

USB 3 drive. Fast- no set up needed. Only drawback- WD pre-installed software. Prefer if drive was just blank.

The WD easystore external hard drive is perfect for people who need extra valuable space to store a multitude of pictures, videos and music. It's simple to use and very portable.

On a recent cross country trip in our travel trailer, the laptop started acting up and in fact black screened 4 times. I had backup up before leaving using larger thumb drives for pics, documents and music, but that was a pain and slow. I set the PC aside and when I got home, bought the remote drive and turned it over to my Tech expert. He indicated it worked perfectly, was very fast and all was saved in one operations, inc the OS. Now have a new laptop and thanks to the complete backup, all was saved including emails and preferences. This is a great drive and will serve to continue support the laptop.

I bought this Ext. HD for backing up all my data. This is plenty of space for myself and the software that comes with the hard drive makes it super easy to set up it up for automatic backup.

This portable hard drive was user friendly. I bought it at a more than reasonable price to transfer all my files from old computer. It was easy and self explanatory. Great product

Great for a laptop with a small ssd at a fantastic price and capacity.

This is a great way to add memory and have additional space for safe storing of photos and other valuable data; plus it is portable. It was also a great price and is compatible with Windows 7, - 8, - and 10.

Does what it says, perfect for backing up , easy set up ,no problem with windows 10 it will see the device and your ready to go awesome I have a couple of them and they are handy to have.

This is a Decent external HD for reasonable price.

Device was easy to hook up and use. Continue to use as a daily backup device.
