This external portable hard drive met all my expectations. The Geek Squad used it to back up a laptop before clearing viruses and giving the computer a "tune-up." Will be useful for future backups.

Works perfectly fine and with a good quality I love it

It worked fine. I don't know why all these drive have don't have standard USB plugs. It's a little complicated to save pictures with a mixture of operating systems. Let me explain. I have Samsung a S 21 Ultra which takes great pictures. I tried backing up the photos directly to the drive which didn't work. I have an apple computer which has a different operating system than my phone which is where the complications arise. The apple computer didn't see the drive as originally formatted. I had to reformat the drive so it could be aware of the phone and the computer. Also note if you want to back up video greater than 5 gigs you have to reformat the drive to another special format to allow you to do that. It would've been nice if WD gave you a program that was plug and play. The term Easytore is not so easy.

Easy to use easy to set up does what it’s suppose to do, works for PS4/Xbox one. This is what I use the product for. Can hold games dlc applications ect.

Great deal for 1TB of storage. Easy to connect just plug and play. I have had several WD products and never had issues always need to upgrade for more space.

I purchased this to use for xbox one day one edition from 2013. My load times were terrible. With this I am not always top three first in match on multiplayer. I did test this out with my original xbox one and then switched to xbox one x. Load times are about the same.
