The WD Easystore hard drive is easy to use and has a very good low cost per HD storage memory. I use it for quick backups.

This drive is great! It's my second one (to back up my back up). Only problem is the crapware that comes installed on it. I even formatted it and it's still there. I just want the storage, not the crud a company is putting on there to make things "easy."

Purchased to augment my Tablo. Works great, no issues. Stores a lot of movies/tv programs. Very happy with it.

This was a lot easier than I thought to get set up for my sons xbox one. Simple plug and play then a couple machine options to reformat for xbox and you're done. Well worth the money.

This is my second Easystore Portable Hard Drive. This one is so much easier to use and the storage capacity is phenomenal for the cost.

I purchased another WD external drive which worked well so I updated my system and purchased a more efficient external backup driver in this model.

Worked well and transferred the data. The only thing I didn't have was a user manual.

As far as Plug and play usability. This isn’t it. The software it comes with is terrible. If you plan on using this for cold storage, then that’s fine but there’s a reason this is so inexpensive.

WD easystore 1TB hard drive is a great hard drive to buy. Best place to get it is Best Buy. Period
