    I purchased 2 of these hard drives -- one for pictures and one for a hobby I have that needs a lot of info. I wanted to organize it all better. I actually wanted at least a 2T for my pictures, but they did not have them in stock. I like these so far. No problems at all. I have used WD for some years now, and I have not had any problems with them.

    I needed a quick external harddrive and I have many of these. I usually never have a problem except you have to remember to format it correctly if you plan on using between MAC and PC
