    Bought this ssd for an old roommate. It is a great budget ssd. I don't think it has a dram cache though.

    I brought my 2015 laptop to Best Buy because, when I tried to download any files, I got the Microsoft message that I needed to run an upgrade first. However when I ran the Microsoft upgrade I got the message that the system was up to date, but I still can't download anything. The Best Buy technician said my laptop was too old to fix and returned it to me. It seems to me that there should be a way to fix this problem, perhaps by going on the Microsoft website and doing some real debugging, rather than just saying the laptop can' be fixed.
