Starts running slowly after only a couple months and is very susceptible to corruption with power cycles. Stick with Samsung or Crucial or even just a better WD/SD. They have clearly cut corners here to lower the cost.

They sent another, identical one from their "approved" inventory. I'm hoping to get to use it as backup storage.

I thought this would’ve been on par but it actually seems slower. I have not performed any drive tests on it but I don’t know if I could recommend this to anybody. Maybe if it’s super expensive and on sale and you need a drive.
