Nice basic USB 3.0 jump drive

The plastic body is plenty sturdy, and the retract / extend mechanism for the USB connector functions smoothly and securely. Device lights up blue when in use. The one area where this drive falters is speed; that's expected for something so inexpensive. Compared to other USB 3.0 drives that I use (including some that are several years old), this is probably one of the slowest ones for writing new data onto. Don't get me wrong - this is still faster than USB 2.0 drives - but for those looking to transfer large amount of data frequently onto this, you may wish to look for faster models from Patriot, SanDisk Extreme, or PNY Turbo.
