Won't work in my 2019 Chevy Impala Premier

I bought this, added my MP3 files, only for my 2019 Impala NOT see the drive. I tried multiple solutions but ended up switching to a much older flash drive I own, which actually worked. As far as storage and transfer from computer to other devices and vice versa, it works well. Does exactly what this device is supposed to.
