Store service needs work

Bought it at the store because was in stock and I needed it ASAP. However the experience at the store may make it te last time I buy there. I can get this device cheaper elsewhere on the internet and going to the store where shelf placement of items change weekly to be met by staff that have no clue as to what they're selling and be told they don't know where it is either is annoying.

No more problems except computer was wiped clean. Pain to have to load everything again.They know what they are doing.

Warned that repairs could take up to 5 days,when it was finished the next did not work. The uday. Later upon rebooting, I learned that the mouse did not work because the USB was not replaced. I was graciously provided with a replacement mouse, however it did not control the Keyboard. I have been unable to return for assistance in restart or the keyboard. I presume that the sane service will continue.
