    WD products are generally good. However this is not original Wd. This is OEM. It means no support from WD. I opened the drive two months after the purchase. It is not working. WD does not offer any support. Best Buy does not take it back. This thing has two year of warranty. Not sure who will provide.

    got a new motherboard had them put firefox on keeps going down every 10 min. took it back to coral springs couldn't do anything till i had an appointment moving and don't have don't have WiFi in new place yet and this has been a very frustrating experience.
