Perfect External drive

It is working perfectly for this. Apple helped me set it up to store music and pictures, mainly. I am now a very happy camper to have enough space for everything!

Lost all data after 2 month use

Noisy and get hot very quickly. And all in sudden after 2 month use, the hard drive becomes not readable, showing disk file error.
